How to change the time display?

Hi all,

I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the item zone used for the charts and data window. I am trying to set my forex charts to EST isntead of the default.

Ok, so I just found this thread
"MetaTrader Demo Server Time Zone"

I guess I need to access a forex server that is located in EST. Can anyone provide any recomendations? My broker is FXCM, but I am just using a MT demo while I get used to the platform. Are there any FX brokers with MT feeds I can access (via a demo at first).

fxdd seems to be quite popuplar. Heard some good stuff about them, but did not use them myself (still fully in demo mode).
