I subscribed to signals from [removed] on 18 April. I have not received any signals to date .  Can anyone help?
 
1. Check Metatrader journal (or MQL5 VPS journal in case you are using MQL5 VPs) about what was written there about open trades.


2. Check the instructions about how to subscribe (in case you missed something):

3. Speak with signal provider asking him for support.

In the   deviation/slippage   field, select an option and click   ok   in the   options   window to close it. Go to the   search area   of your mt4 platform, on the upper right corner (where the magnifying glass is), type in the name of the signal you want to subscribe and click   enter
