Question 1: Can I purchase a robot from the Market using my MQL5 'Balance'? When wanting to purchase, it only shows payment options but it should be noted my current MQL5 balance is 0. Will it show an option to pay with balance if I topped it up?

Question 2: When renting the MetaTraderVPS; will it run on multiple servers? or is it limited to only one.

By trade account, what if one closes, can we open a new one with the broker and continue to trade on the same vps if the server is the same?

What is server?
There is trading account (Metatrader connected to some trading account).
MQL5 VPS server?

You are buying a robot under your username/login. Your username/login is william_chapman
Why? because the link to your profile is https://www.mql5.com/en/users/william_chapman
How Metatrader knows that you are buying it directly from Metatrader, or you are the person who bought it and wanted to download/install to Metatrader?
You are filling Community tab of Metatrader with your login and forum password - look at my previous post with the instructions about HowTo.

What is MQL5 VPS? It is "Metatrader in cloud".
One MQL5 VPS per trading account.
Using MQL5 VPS = subscription (it means - you are subscribing to MQL5 VPS).

If you want to move this subscription from one your MT4 trading account to an other your MT4 your trading account (or from MT5 trading account to MT5 trading account) so it is possible to do. Or if you want to move your MQL5 VPS subscription from one VPS server to an other one (with better ping for example) - it is also possible - read post #2 

About robots ... MQL5 VPS is having one limitation: dll is prohibited on this kind of VPS. It means the following:
if you robot will use (or will trying to use) some dll (anyone) so this robot will not work.
You should ask the seller about compatibility of his robot with MQL5 VPS, and/or use free trial with MQL5 VPS just to understand: will you use this MQL5 VPS or you will use some other/external VPS for example. It was described on some link on the post above.
