Why i cant see MQL5 Market in my MT4 platfrom

Hi, I can't reach the MQL5 market in my platform, I've tried with two different brokers and the same there.

With this problem I cannot install my purchased indicators on my platform.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

MT4 has it own thread at the bottom - this is for mt5!

Good morning,

I have the same problem, in the LogFile appears the message:

1 09:52:07.718 MQL4 Market: failed to load products (get header failed [12150])

0 09:52:07.781 MQL5.chats: activated for 'XXXXXXXX'.

I have already tried all ideas from the forum here but without success.

I logged into MQL5 via Googel at some point and have Microsoft Edge installed under Windows 11 on my PC. Can this be related to this??

I've confirmed this issue and a moderator has confirmed it too. The information has been passed on to MetaQuotes, and hopefully Monday they will start looking into resolving it.
