I am unfamiliar with the symbol, but in general terms you cannot just simply add new symbols if the broker does not support them.
If you require a symbol, you need to find a broker that offers it, open an account with them, and then enable it in the Market Watch window.
Use Ctrl-U to bring up the Symbols window, then search from the available symbols and enable it.
