Yes, it seems that it is only affecting the MAX devices, but apparently the next update will fix the issue (as soon as it is reviewed).

Check Appstore - the users reported that there is new version there (MT5 3603) .

To confirm - Updates applied on Iphones 13 pro max, 11 pro max and SE 2020, working fine now.
