Trade ID for Mac/iphone user

I'm trying to solve an issue with an order, but my broker won't help me without a trade ID. Is there anyway for me to access one without the mobile app? Is there anything I can do? Or are all apple users just fcked?

You could download the desktop MT4/5 terminal from your broker's website and login into your trading account with it.

Then you will be able to locate the trade ID of the trade that you want in the trading history tab of the Terminal/Toolbox window at the bottom.

For the MT4 iOS app, simply touch one of the orders in the trade "History" and it pulls down the details, including the Order ID for it.

For the MT5 iOS app, select the "Deals" section of the trade "History", then touch one of the deals and it pulls up the details, including the Order ID for it.
