Possible Trading Error

I was just wondering if it was possible for a winning trade to be at incorrectly listed as a losing trade? If so who would I contact; my broker or some other party?

Your question is too vague. Please explain in more detail, with the aid of trade history, log output, screenshots, etc.
Also, remember that there are related trading costs that could make a "winning" trade be a loss, such as spread, commission, swaps, etc.
