in the middle of the trading , this morning my MT5 platform is suddenly closed. I dont know why.  can anyone help ?

  1. Are you not able to open the application again?
  2. Have you tried restarting the computer?
  3. Any messages in the MetaTrader log files?
  4. Any messages in the Windows Event log?
In other words, you have not supplied sufficient details, so all we can do is speculate.

Hi, thank you for your message. I have opened the MT5 again and doing trading. I did not restart the computer and no problem now. No messages in the Meta Trader log files and windows event log. Anyway if i get any problem then i will contact you. Now my trading is going smooth. Thank you for your response. 
 
Good morning sirs, My mt5 developed the same problem 2days ago. Once opened, it suddenly closed, I uninstalled it and reinstalled a fresh one two times. I am using a 1 Terabyte HDD, 16GB RAM laptop, and the Windows 11 Enterprise. I downloaded the mt5 platform from LiteFinance.com
I was told initially that my internet speed was low. I am using MTN broadband, I've switched to other three different broadbands but the problem persists, the MT4 platform is working fine. Please help me out.
