back tester not responding

hi can any one help .
i do a back test... and after it has finished and given me the result .it the crashes and says not responding when i run the chosen backtest ...
i have to alt/ctrl/delete and close mt5
i have deleted mt5 and re loaded it about ten times and it still the same.....
the system is ok core and power wise .
any ideas out there?
