New Order Button Not Working

Im new using XM Global platform. My New order button is greyed out, I can't place an order. how do i reactivate the button.

You either using an instrument that is not traded at the moment, or the lot size that you've selected is not valid or trading has not been enabled in your account by your broker in general.
