That is because brokers usually provide their own custom maintenance section for their customers, where you can manage passwords, leverage, funding, withdrawals, etc.

You usually have to login at the broker's website so that you can then access that specialised maintenance or support section. It is not available via the web-terminal.

Same could be with the Desktop terminal. But MetaQuotes added this feature to the terminal. So why not to add to the web terminal? Please, MetaQuotes, add this feature to the web terminal too!
