Charts not displaying properly

I just opened my MT5 account and when I login to the desktop app, my charts do not display. Any suggestions on how to fix?

There seems to be a connection problem to your broker's trade server. Verify your journal log to see what is being reported on the issue.

I was seeing the prices update, so I closed my charting windows and opened new ones. They displayed just fine. Thank you for your input!
