Can't copy trading signals

Hiii there,
I'm using avasocial app for copy trading.and my trading a/c with mt5. When I do trading all good but when I copy any trader than my copier status ask me to login mt5. Than it shows u r successfully linked ur trading account but as soon my master trader place trade than my copier status becom disable automatically. Bcoz of that i missed all signal. No error nothing shows jut keep disable again than again I have to loging. And if trade place than my ac get disabled.i also login with pelican app but nothing changed Plz help me. I'm trying to search every where but didn't got solution. Plz if any body can help me. Thank you.

If I remember correctly you should use MT4.

@Eleni Anna Branou has already given you the answer. Your situation is not about MQL5 signal service but about some copy trading service provided by a 3rd party.

So you will have to discuss the issue with them and/or your broker. It has nothing to do with this website or its services.
