Cheated by a seller - Fake EA - I need a Refund

Hi,

I've bought an EA, but I've found out that it is a Fake EA and basically the quotes are part of the code, to make it looks very promising.

For obvious reasons I want my money back.

How do I need to proceed to get a refund? Should I use the Purchase Protection Insurance of my Credit Card?
Please let me know.

Your help will be really appreciated.

Best Regards,

Elkinmar1

Backtesting is extremely good until the date of the release of the last version.
Once you update the EA, backtesting for the new period improves.
Author says that periodic updates are needed to adapt the EA to Market conditions, but it is clear that updates are used only to put the new quotes into the code of the EA.
He's a scammer.
