The developer failed to deliver

Hello,

I chosen a freelancer to develop an EA for me and we have agreed on 3 days handover.

He failed to deliver the code and ask me twice for an extension of 3 days, I agreed on that.
My problem is that as of today its the 19th dayand have not received any code from him.

How can I report this case and cancel the job?

I can not find any button to click for arbitrage or cancelation?

I would first tell him that you plan to start an arbitration next week - to give him as last chance.

Then use the Contacts and requests "Freelance" as "Customer" ..
