You can only download the MT4 desktop application from your broker, not from MetaQuotes.

Also, if you are not receiving daily and monthly statements from your broker via email, then you need to discuss it with them. And make sure they are reputable, licensed and regulated broker and not a scam.

You will have to do your own research and verification. Discussing brokers here is against the rules. Always check with the regulatory service for the broker to see if they are in fact licensed and valid.
