How to get signals tab after successfully subscribing for a signal?

I have successfully subscribed for a signal but unable to view the signal tab .Please let me know the steps for the same.
 

Signal tab in Metatrader 5 is located in Navigator.
As to MT4 so it may be your broker disabled this tab, or you are using very old build of MT4.
