Failed to Connect

Hi, 

I have just started creating signal. It was connected all right initially, but half way through, it just shows the error Failed to connect. Ever since, I am unable to link back my MT4 account. Any advice?

Hi Eleni, Please advise how to migrate to the MQL5 VPS again. I am currently using a different VPS. Does it need to reside in MQL5 VPS?

If you use a different VPS, then perform the whole setup up to the migration to MQL5 VPS point, you don't need that.

Hi Eleni, All done and checked but still it is showing failed to connect and the trading history and statistics just won't update

Then contact the Service Desk please.

Are you sure that the signal is still connected to MQL5.com and trading normally?

A lot of signals have been deleted or disconnected these past few days.

I am the signal provider and I am certain the trades are all still running. To clarify, it is my own account monitoring that is not coming through as it keeps saying failed to connect. I am not trying to subscribe to any signal.

Then only the Service Desk can help you.
