I did everything correct, as I mentioned I had two trades with this signal in first day, but from next day there is no trades.

Your signal subscription is active as you can see, make sure that the signal has placed new trades and also increase the deviation/slippage setting in Signals settings to 5.0.

thank you my friend, the problem solved, but there is a difference between signal price and my order price, is it come from ping? and also the first two today's signals are applied with 10 minute delay, however the last one was opened at exact time.
if I rent a VPN server would it be solved?

The difference in price is called slippage, you are probably using a not so good broker/server setup to copy this signal, check the Slippage tab of the signal for best options, green and upper yellow are the best, orange and red are to be avoided.
The delay had to do with the 0.5 slippage/deviation setting you had, the system was waiting until the price was closer to the signal trade open price, before it could copy it.
In short, with a small slippage/deviation setting you don't copy or copy with a delay, with a large setting you are copying with slippage, its up to you.
The best thing you can do is use a more compatible broker/server setup.

I've subscribed for a signal, start day was ok and mt4 placed order automatically, but from yesterday I didn't receive any signal and it just placed in journal tab, but there is no trade.
