Can't find the signal in my favorites in MT4 terminal to subcribe to

I have added a signal into my favorites but I can't find it in the MT4 broker account terminal I want it subscribed to. How can I subscribe to it? I tried differently by doing it on the webpage, and when I clicked on the link, it opened another MT4 broker account terminal. Strangely, I also couldn't find it in this account termiknal, but it seemed I can subscribe to it, but this account has been subscribed to another signal and I don't want to change. Is there another way to subscribe to the signalin the first broker account? Hope you understand what I mean. Thanks!
