Sorry for my silence. Wanted to wait a couple of trades to make sure the issue had been resolved. Glad to report it has worked.
The solve:
My equity in my own trading account was less than the signal provider. As soon as I funded to more than the signal provider, the lot size increased immediately.
Once again, thanks for all the help to all. Hopefully this thread helps someone with the same frustration in the future.
Oh, BTW, YES, both accounts looked to be on USD.
