Receive Mobile Code for Sri Lankan Number

I am in Sri Lanka (+94). I am not receiving any code when I try to register my number.

Now I have "Code has been successfully sent to you. Attempts left: 0" but I never got the code.

Please be aware that some mobile service providers in many countries block foreign SMS text messages on their more economic service plans and only provide the service with their more expensive plans.
