You can cancel your purchase, only if you haven't activated it.

thanks, i have not beeing using it for many months but it was installed at my terminal, how can i deactivate and cancel it as it is useless piece of junk?

If you activated then you cannot get a refund

I would say PM the developer and ask him/her to fix this.
