Hi I have a question,

 

yesterday my broker closed one of my position with huge loss, this loss was impossible due to the market condition.

It affected a lot my DD.

The loss has been added back to my account so there is no problem but i would like to know if it happens a lot?

Same problem occured to me and my clients. They fixed quickly. Very professional. It was on the symbol GBPJPY from 178.9 price went down to 161.8 . They fixed also charts.

They answered to me:

Hello!

There was occurred a non-market price on the chart at 15:37 07/04/2015. That price was regarded as "non-market" in accordance with the p. 4.10 of the Client Agreement:

"The Company has the right to regard as non-market the transactions at the trading server, in case there are objective reasons for that."

The charts have been corrected ASAP. Trades/positions on every related accounts were corrected also. Advise your clients to create tickets if something is still not correct.
