I can not download and use purchased EA

guys please help i purchased an ea for 40 $ and i still cannot download it or use it. how can i contact support to solve this issue. i have the order / purchase number and screenshots.

• If you purchased the Market EA directly from Metatrader so this EA is on your Market - Purchased tab, and you can download and install it directly from Metatrader.
• And if you really purchased it (if the money already came to the Market from your MQL5 profile or from your bank) so this EA is listed in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/ak_trader47/market 
  If Ea is not listed so it means that money did not yet come to the Market.

If this EA is really listed on your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/ak_trader47/market so you can install it on Metatrader:
fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (your forum login is ak_trader47; do not use your email for login), go to Purchased tab and install this EA.

Besides, if you bought the product from the Market but you have no idea about how to download (to install) it to Metatrader (and if it is difficult to you to install) - you can cancel this purchase within 7 days, without having activated it, you will get a refund to your MQL5 profile.
