reactivating Trade assistant om mt5

When i want to add my trade assistant mt4 on MetaTrader and i go to Purchased there is nothing there 

Can someone help me add my Trade assistant in my MetaTrader?

- Is it the product from the Market?
- Did you bought it? If yes so it should be listed in your profile on this link: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/fabricebossuet/market
- or it is free product from the market and you are trying to download it?

Please note that MT4 products are working in Metatrader 4 only, and MT5 products - for Metatrader 5 only.

If it is MT4 product so open MT4, fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (your forum login is fabricebossuet; do not use email for login), and look at purchased tab.

If this product is listed in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/fabricebossuet/market
but you can not find it in your Metatrader so use the following procedure from the service desk:

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
4. Open MetaTrader terminal
5. Try to install product again
