No arriving SMS Notification of Authentication when account registration of Mobile Phone Number.

 
Why can't I receive SMS messages for my seller account registration ?

I've been trying 3times for a day but still can't receive.

Please help.

1. Operation procedure 1

Profile => Settings => Security => Mobile number input => +(international country code) xxyyyyzzzz (10 digits) => Password input => Save => Screen transition

2. Operation procedure 2

Check the "Send SMS" radio button => Click the "Send Code" button

3. SMS does not arrive
 

Write to the service desk - I know that the automated bot will reply and I am not sure that it will help but anyway:

Contacts and requests - Account - I am not getting SMS
