Lost an agent, cannot get it back into the cloud.

 

So, the support desk is not answering my requests for help. I hope that you can advise on it accordingly.

I am using MetaTester and selling the resources on the MQL5 cloud network.

My first system runs fine, no issues, it's running reliably.

My second (windows 10) worked fine for a few weeks, then all of a sudden it was no longer registered in the cloud network. So I uninstalled and re-installed the services, but now it only shows 0 passes, disconnected from the cloud, and with some Traffic In/Out.

What's going on?

I need a timely response either by email from MQL5, the service desk or the forum.

I need to know how to fix it without completely scrapping 3 very dependable systems.
