Are you using OpenCL code in your EA ?
This is regarding remote agents I provide to the Cloud Network, I do not use them myself.
In versions 1085 and previous when an agent initialises each agent does a check for any available OpenCL devices, regardless whether or not there are any OpenCL devices available this check is logged in each agents log.
In version 1086 however there is nothing in any log that indicates a check for OpenCL devices. I can only assume the Cloud Network no longer offers support for OpenCL, though I am unable to find any documentation confirming this.
