Evgeniy Chumakov:

How does it increase its value? Who is going to do the loading?

Acquire new skills/qualifications and start more advanced work.

And loading will be the next loader who comes to the factory from a lower level.

But the value of the loader doesn't change. It only changes the loader ;)

For those who haven't worked in manufacturing, it's better not to put your thoughts in there.)

There are a lot of nuances in manufacturing, and you have to distinguish between local and federal,

At the federal level you can expect stability and all other benefits, but there is a lack of strictness.

At the local level, if the company is big, you can work, there are a lot of bonuses, holidays at almost any time if you can somehow replace them, and other goodies

Fast235:

many factors, seniority (reliability) and a number of other reasons

I myself worked at a factory for a few years as a worker, then a higher position (in the office and moving around town), now I service them (factories).

if you're going to work at a factory, i'll give you a reference))

I will keep in mind, but in Ashan unloading goods not cool, I want to get into the real shop!

Seniority - a rather primitive reason, generally irrelevant, if a person these years have not changed.

Does it turn out then that if he is a dull, useless old man, then he should be paid a lot just because of his age?

But it makes sense to raise salaries for valuable employees to avoid them running away, but only to the extent that they feel that they are not losing out on the market, not just to raise them.

well, let's discuss each point)

is my favourite thing in between.

I read it,

I'm not gonna argue, you're the worst leader on earth.

I have examples I can't show you.

Aleksei Stepanenko:

Well Drimmer, you've got irrepressible energy, answering this one and that one... well done :)

It's hard to believe, but I also do capitalism in parallel 😀 and even sit in a conference.

Let me say some thoughts, not specifically about socialism and capitalism, but a little aside.

I think if a person wants to take full power in his hands, under certain circumstances, even despite the rich history of democracy, he can take it. It will violate every conceivable law, but people can support this takeover. What to say about weak democracies. The people are generally passive and easy to control. To put self-government, self-determination in the hands of the people is, in theory, a set-up. Is it necessary to intervene? Should we start to regulate the process and become a tyrant against a tyrant? Or remain a bystander?

Transitions from democracy to autocracy/ tyranny have happened in history and it is probably somehow natural with its prerequisites, but now it will be harder to pull off as society has developed systems of proverbial checks and balances, that is, I can hardly imagine this happening in EU/US/Australia/Japan/Canada, democracy has become a more mature and complex system after all.

Local authoritarian regimes tend to collapse over time because of their own rigidity, gradually the current one will collapse too.

And what to do is up to each individual to decide, and what form of participation to take.

Clearly an active minority against a passive majority and repressive measures will be ineffective.

But on the other hand it is always the minority, the proverbial 2% 😁 who makes all the changes.

Fast235:

are you going to the factory?

Stop arguing with the nerds.

That's what I write from the factory...

Andrei Trukhanovich:
The coronavirus mutates to become more infectious and less dangerous. It's rational. Does the virus have intelligence?

No of course, it is a consequence of natural selection, the best mutations survive, the worst die off.

I like working with interesting people, and I have always helped those with whom I worked) carried them and unloaded with them always
