Vasily, there are basic estimates of the optimal money management, which should be the starting point,"the yield is extremely low (1-3% per month)". If we take 3% it's 36% per annum (25% is the average of the top hedge funds). So the classic MM assumes that if you have a similar return year after year it will be a very steep result. On the subject of MM - https://www.mql5.com/ru/forum/294732
You can spend a small amount and play casino +30% per month, but if the entire depo, the result is obvious.

In the early days of this process, while I was at work painting chairs, I came up with, exactly came up with, an indicator that long before me had already been written by George Lane about 50 years earlier and which is among the standard MT4/5 indicators. Of course, I was pleasantly surprised, but I also realized how much more interesting and complicated things were yet to come...
that's where the secret is! it's all about the paint!

I have been trading forex since 2007. In 2011 I learned programming for MQL4.
Another 5 years have passed since then. I haven't written a completely autonomous, profitable, without extreme drawdowns, without the threat of total loss, with a constant and stable profit-factor. And I think the existence of such a robot is unlikely(!). Again, if it does exist, which is also not excluded, its yield is extremely low (1-3% per month). Personally for me at this stage it is not of any interest.
My experience, knowledge and practice in this field at the moment make me trade manually, analyze by myself, "with my own head" + use a couple of exclusive indicators of my own design. Yes, I use a couple of robots (they're even more like scripts), which make decisions about opening/closing at levels or points specified by me personally in advance, but nothing more than that. Writing an algorithm for my "manual strategy" is not possible, as it involves figurative perception and complex graphical analysis.
But profitability of +30% per month is interesting to me, but it's not just 30% per month, but every month (!) from year to year (!) without exceptions! Is it possible for a robot to do this? I don't exclude that it is possible, but I also don't exclude that it is not possible (forgive the tautology), so I don't do any more research or development in this field.
You are giving up too soon, not everything has been applied, tried and tested. In order to get some profit on Forex market you should not rely on the percentage of the deposit, but on the nature of the intraday movement of quotes, and you have to use it. What kind of movement you will have, and so should your profit...

The word Forex is not inflected, for that matter.
The thing about robot-ibobats is that they're dumb. Nah, no kidding. They don't see the context and can't see it. I usually check manual ideas in EAs, and even that is problematic - they take all trades according to the algorithm, you look at the test - because if I was trading manually, I wouldn't take half of the trades that the owls took. Here something is wrong with the trend, here there is a big tail, and some big candle here, and the filter threshold is not exceeded, but something is wrong by the trader's feel. This flair cannot be inherited by the EA.

At the same time I started to invent and write my own mathematical indicators. At the beginning of this process, while painting chairs at work, I came up with an indicator, which had already been written by George Lane about 50 years earlier and which is now among standard indicators of MT4/5. Of course, I was pleasantly surprised, but I also realized how much more interesting and complicated things were yet to come...When my ideas, having passed to the programming code, didn't bring any positive results and started to run out, I started to write custom EAs. They were not expensive. The purpose was not even to earn on their writing, but to get a new unique idea (algorithm). And I told all of my customers at once that your strategy will most likely fail, at best it will "trade for nothing", so do not have any illusions, but if it turns out not to be true, then not only the robot will be written for free, but I will be ready to pay for it as much as it costs to write an owl. It took another couple of years to do that. During that time no one even gave me a slightly interesting idea. It turned out to be quite the opposite; therefore, I had to give up writing custom Expert Advisors.
