I have a strange situation. 2 Same Workstation from Lenovo Thinkstation D30, one with 2x6Core CPU (everything fine all threads are working with the tester), the second has 2x10Core CPU and uses only 20 Cores, not 40 Threads, any idea what could be wrong?
