The rating can be calculated in different ways, so the place in the rating will depend on how it is calculated. And if you want to assess the trading quality of one particular trader without any competitions, there is no "rating".
The quality of the trading of a particular trader should be assessed solely on the basis of actual trading results of this particular trader. Without regard to random fellow contestants who are in the same contest table at the moment.
