smooth transition from one level to the next in a constant range...

There are plenty of ways to distinguish between a sb and a non-random process. From formulas, to graphical ones. It's easy to do in the same excel. It's enough to look on the web how it's done. Yes, they are similar to the eye, but the eye in the analysis of numerical series is not the best tool and not professional.
I'm not going to repeat everything with your charts, because I already did it all a few years ago and the result is this: the sb is very different from the market.

There is absolutely no need to reinvent bicycles, understand, scientists have done a lot of work in this direction and it is publicly available.
