Maybe you had large sums? My 300-500 Bakinskiye is unlikely to be of interest. But I would like to minimise the regular commissions. I think, I can travel to Poland or Romania once in half a year and withdraw cash in euros. At customs, up to 10,000 is a verbal payment, without any declarations.
Lithuania.
Privat has no fee, and I think Alfa has withdrawn from them a couple of times, but I don't remember.
Thanks, I'll try Alfa, I have a private person's card in Privat.
What does a person's card have to do with it?

Who has cashed out at Ukrainian ATMs, which banks have the lowest fees? Share.
I tried MTB and Marfin, they charge 2% commission (plus 2.6% conversion and $2.6 cash-out fee).
In spring I withdrew about $230 from Raifazen, if I remember correctly, they took an extra 50 UAH.
Several times I withdrew money from Pivdenniy, he has no fee.
OTP - up to UAH 20K (if you have UAH 500 notes), without its commission.
Raiffeisen-Aval - up to 20K UAH (similarly), commission 50 UAH.
Euronet: the same, but recently they started to take 100 UAH for withdrawal.
OTP - up to UAH 20K (if there are UAH 500 notes), without its fee.
Raiffeisen Aval - up to 20K UAH (similar), commission 50 UAH.
Euronet - similar, but recently started charging 100 UAH for withdrawal.
Thank you. And what does it mean if there are notes of 500 UAH. And if the notes are smaller?
An ATM doesn't care what the denomination of the banknotes is - it cannot physically issue more than a certain number of banknotes at a time through the embrasure.
If the cassette is loaded with 1,000 UAH notes, you can withdraw up to 40,000 at a time.)
Thank you. What does it mean if there are 500 hryvnia notes? And if there are smaller notes?
Not all ATMs have five-hundred-dollar machines. And some never have them.
Bank policy, apparently.
And it gives out a maximum of 40 notes, yes. That's exactly the point.

Can't get more than 15k, even if I have 500 notes.
Writes - Exceeded limit (Privat), most likely because of the limit like 15,000 set.
Although this limit seems to be for residents with personal cards, and what does epayments have to do with it?
For OTP thank you.
