I can't log in to https://storage.mql5.io/ in my browser and software either.
Login and password are simple, all in lowercase. Pressing OK clears the authorisation form.
Error 500 is written in the software, disabled authorisation.

There were problems today. It's OK now.
Doesn't work with Opera (it automatically changes io to com), but works with Chrome -

I guess I was just unlucky, I tried it when there were some glitches on the site. I'm fine now.

Have you been able to resolve the issue? I have the same problem. Login is in lowercase, login is normal on website, buthttps://storage.mql5.io/ in browser and program does not pass authorization. Error 500. I tried different browsers, cleaned temporary files, but nothing helps.
