Even in the economic downturn, land prices in Japan continue to rise: buying a house on a rented plot is now almost twice as cheap as buying a house with land in full ownership. The lease term for land in Japan is 50 years.

The LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA (LVMH) corporation was raising prices on its goods in Japan by an average of 12 percent, the largest price increase it has ever made, to compensate for the effect of the declining yen.

The yen has fallen in price against the dollar and the euro after Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said he would lower the value of the currency and pledge to pursue policies to stimulate the economy. Finance ministers from the G20 group hinted this month that Japan has room to stimulate its economy, and without politicians making public statements for a weak yen.

"There is a risk of currency wars," LVMH chief executive Bernard Arnault said on January 31, after the big drop in the yen late last year.

Arnault, France's richest man, also said Louis Vuitton prices would be raised in Japan on February 15, with the Japanese market bringing LVMH 8 percent of its revenues in 2012.

I think that's enough. Foolish is foolish, Caesar is Caesar.

Dr.F.:
Are you sure? Rice prices in Japan continue their rise as many rice farmers have switched to more expensive rice varieties, some of which are sold in supermarkets for 2,500 yen per 5 kg ($6,000 per tonne).
In recent years, the growing earnings of Japanese residents have led to a decline in rice consumption. According to agricultural experts in Japan, rice farmers have tried for many years to grow sticky and tasty rice to make the product popular again.
Now some rice farmers have started to grow new varieties of rice that are both sticky and tasty, but they are also quite expensive. Moreover, because of this transition, the production of cheaper rice has decreased, which will subsequently lead to an increase in the price of these rice varieties.
According to local sources, in September 2012 the average wholesale price of good quality brown rice was around 16,650 yen per 60 kg ($3,365 per ton), up 10% from a year earlier.

Deflation, you say?

So? Is inflation determined by rice alone or by foodstuffs? The inflation figures are official - it's only a question of the basket it's calculated on.

The fools are guided by google links for "Japan is getting more expensive"))

Fuck, sine and cosine are orthogonal functions, even schoolchildren know that.!!!!11

Come on. And how can it be decomposed into a Fourier series by sines only (without cosines) and by cosines only (without sines)? So a set of sines only or cosines only form a basis. And the fact that the elements of the basis of sines can be expressed in terms of cosines or vice versa is not the point. It does not mean that the set of sines and cosines together is a basis. For sines and cosines are related by a known relationship with phase displacement. Why do we need the same functions in the basis? Learn the math.

I have an official inflation rate of 8% a year in roubles and a shawarma at the station cost 80 a year ago and 110 today.

Well, we have always fucked up the population))

How about generating by SB and then fitting E,D,Y to KK->1? Maybe SB can be traded profitably too? :)

What is SB?

Dr.F.:
What is SB?

Random Wandering

Avals:

Generate course ED and DY using random walk and add EY=ED*DY. Then similarly find E,D,Y so that KK->1. What will they now display as a pattern of SB?
