help with the Slippage parameter - page 3

ex_kalibur:
Is there any way to deal with rnquot or off-quota? If slipage doesn't help, what else can be done for esn? I tried to change the market order for a pending one, I even tried two stop orders in hope of triggered limit and stop order. Stop order generates error during market movement, limit order has no time to trigger as the price is running away.

The surest way to learn is by "touch". This is how the (extreme case) execution of trade orders works, with details:

I may (if interested) take another look (file).
Conclusions are up to you, I don't remember an occasion when I got 2p. (by 4 digits) to execute a trade order. :)

Sorry 14 sec couldn't make it out from the phone

2 ppts on a 5 - sign is 20 ppts? that's a lot in some cases(((

DYN:

It's just that if the slippage exceeds the slippage, an eN order will still open. Slippage does not work in CEN accounts.

Were there any requotes during a strong move?

No, it only opens a bit further! No big deal!

borilunad:
No, it only opens a little further! That's all right!
Me too, if you open by the market).

ex_kalibur:
2 pips over 5-digits is 20 pips? That's a lot in some cases(((.
Hm. And in forex, I think there's nothing to do with a system with a test expectation of less than three spreads.

DYN:
Me too, if I open according to the market).
I'm opening stop orders now, same thing.

borilunad:
I'm opening stop orders now, same thing.
I have only had one stop loss requote in a month of trading on a strong move, so so far so good).

Let's summarise the topic: 1. for Standard accounts, the external variable Int Slip=.....; further on in the code, the number need not be converted. 2. on the EU accounts, slip is not necessary, if you are not satisfied with the price deviation, in other words, on the EU without slip, the next price will open, and we can not limit this. 3. for stop orders on the EU, slip is also not necessary, I got it right?

If you define a stop order as a code, it is possible to rewrite it, if necessary.

2Yes.
