It's all according to Grandpa Freud. Any collective (herd) needs a scapegoat for normal existence. Dmitry it is not about you, it is about the situation in general. From our ancestors to academics including kindergarten, school, and virtual communities. One does not accurately set him up immediately, for a simple reason, just to avoid being in his place. Good turn out you have no point between the words "scapegoat" and "Dmitry". It makes you wonder if whoever asked Dmitri to set up the survey wanted to make him a scapegoat or if he was using manipulative tactics on Dmitri.
