faa1947:

1. Let's discuss moderators to improve the forum.

2. Let's discuss moderators.

And who will discuss those who discuss moderators? ))))

DmitriyN:
I will certainly take that into account, thank you very much. I have certainly drawn the appropriate conclusions, including some that you are not aware of.

DmitriyN:

Don't touch the moderators, that's not what the vote was for. No one wanted to insult or kick anyone out, and this thread should never have arisen in the first place.

===

But since the 4th forum doesn't allow for voting, like the 5th forum, when creating themes, forum users could use such services to create those or other polls related to trading or programming. I think that many users would be happy to participate in these polls.

But, do not forget that surveys must be formulated adequately. And you need to take part in them adequately, because many people have several channels of communication with different iP. The results of the polls also need to be taken adequately, and not as a "binding guide to action".

Think of it as a suggestion to topic creators, a.k.a. An "add-on" to the forum that doesn't require any modification to the forum engine. And you can consider me a pioneer :) There will be other solutions in the future.

That's all right! It's a good idea. And banning moderators or admins was a joke ;) Try to imagine this - "user Frodo sent the administrator Roche to a lifetime ban" . Haha)))

DmitriyN:
Yes, this is hard to imagine, but it is also hard to imagine the opposite, given Frodo's perseverance (tenacity). Persistence is a good quality, but it must be applied sensibly. And you don't want to get into an altercation with trolls.
Doesn't seem to show up like that anymore. Offended, I guess. The main troll and all his dozens of nicknames have been trolled)).

DmitriyN:
I didn't write about him, I don't consider him a troll. Appears.

Nah. Frodo is a bath leaf troll.)

By the way, nesssesary isalso a troll and a clone, but not of Frodo.)

DmitriyN:
Lizanka, let's get out of here, eh?

Yeah, go throw some polls around, "Who's the fastest, bravest, fattest..."

It's all according to Grandpa Freud. Any collective (herd) needs a scapegoat for normal existence. Dmitry it is not about you, it is about the situation in general. From our ancestors to academics including kindergarten, school, and virtual communities. One does not accurately set him up immediately, for a simple reason, just to avoid being in his place. And the dominant role is claimed more by the one who kicks or spits harder, and, accordingly, the goat at least for a while drops out of the struggle for dominance, one less competitor.

Mischek2:

Yeah, go throw in some polls, "Which moderator is the fastest, bravest, fattest..."
Nice poll! We could also do a "who's the prettiest moderator" poll... But we need moderators to provide their own pictures.)

Good turn out you have no point between the words "scapegoat" and "Dmitry". It makes you wonder if whoever asked Dmitri to set up the survey wanted to make him a scapegoat or if he was using manipulative tactics on Dmitri.
