Well, next to the "Graph" tab that you clicked - there is a "report" button. You need to hover your mouse over it and left-click on it. Then press the Print Screen button on your keyboard to save the screenshot in the memory buffer.

Next - you can open Paint, create a file, press Rectify - Paste. Then save the file and send it here. )
