Maybe I wrote it wrong. It's not just the charts that need to be closed. You have to:

1. Close all the charts.

2. Reload MT4.

3. Remove all unnecessary symbols from the market overview.

4. Reset MT4 again just in case.

Now I understand what the graphs have to do with it. What was confusing was that the windows on the different terminals seemed to be different in terms of occupancy, both the cache and the server settings.

I've seen the proxy in the settings, you can, but it's a long switch, inconvenient.
