T-G:
Does anybody have a function to calculate the lot in % of the balance, but at the same time that in the case of landing (for example, several losing trades in a row), the lot was not so much reduced. that is, the lot increases as required when the deposit increases, and is reduced more slowly when the balance lands.

See here... - it looks like there is... :-)))

Maxaxa:

The Expert Advisor takes data from the indicator, nothing more.

It's better to make the indicator redraw itself. it all depends on its code, most likely you should allow it to calculate the "0" bar whose value just varies on every tick.

The point is that the indicator starts to draw a bunch of arrows, after removing and linking to the chart one arrow remains again. I would like to make it do this on its own

To the furnace or to a specialist to repair such an indicator.

To the furnace or to a specialist for repair of such an indicator.

This kind of thing cannot be repaired. Only to the furnace. It's quicker to make a new one than to fix the old one.

Doctor says morgue, morgue!

The doctor said the morgue, the morgue!
Pity, it seems to be an interesting indicator ((( shows entry points quite well

It's a pity, it seems to be an interesting indicator ((( pretty good at showing entry points

I think it's a good indicator that shows entry points quite well. I have never seen any signals after re-doing it. They are all good on history

Vinin:

Most indicators have one disease: they are not responsible for their signals. After redesigning it turns out that there were no signals at all. They are all good on history.
Which indicators do you think are worthy of attention?

Which indicators do you think are worthy of attention?

I can only answer for mine, and not for all of them. To say whether they are worthy of attention or not, you need to look at the code

Which indicators do you think are worthy of attention?

Good question! )))

I sat down a week ago and combined several (15) technical indicators into one in order to determine if they have a common denominator ))) There were different ones, of course I deliberately made such a mess. As a result I divided them according to their properties: "noisy", "useless" and "interesting". Among interesting properties, of which there are two, out of standard ones I have selected, I chose those whose value can be used to identify not only input but also output.

Of course this is my opinion, and it's better to try it yourself a couple of times than rely on someone else's subjective opinion. (It must be noted right away that all my attempts to apply these indicators in my EAs lead at best to a stable deposit and nothing more) I had surprising success with variable lot sizes and absorbing losing orders by profitable ones amidst the dramatic drawdown )))). But this, as has already been written in one of the threads, is "walking on the edge of an abyss".

P.S. I forgot to add - there is almost no unanimity between them.
