First you have to prove that the intellectual property is really yours.
Then you have to prove that it was your intellectual property that was used.
Most importantly, even in the most severe case, if someone is awarded to pay you a fine, it can be done in installments of 50-100 quid a month.
There, so we are still a long way from such lofty words about a contract as guarantees :)
