You talk about speed, of course M1 changes faster than D1, and the average volatility on eurusd looks like this:

D1=137pp

H4=60pd

H1=30p

m1=3pp


This is a graph of volatility, you can clearly see that it gently decreases as the TF decreases

And this is what you are talking about, as the TF decreases the rate of change increases, but it has nothing to do with the margin of error.

odiseif, chepikds: Volatility is a subjective concept based on time. If we take a hundred bars on D1 and a hundred bars on M1 as the basis - volatility is different. If we take different time periods(number of bars) as the basis - volatility is different. If we take as the basis the equivalent of bars (i.e. one hundred bars on the D1 and 144000 bars on the M1) - volatility is always equal to one.
