Better start with RSI. When you realise that RSI does not work, start learning concepts such as divergence and convergence.

The Put/Call ratio is 1.11. There are three ranges of this ratio: 0.5-0.8 for a rising currency, 0.8-1.2 for a corridor and 1.2-1.5 for a falling currency.
