Fish don't bite that easy. You have to know how to use a fishing rod. An advisor can both lose and earn money. It depends on what levers and how you pull them.
 
For 100 quid here in St. Petersburg, you can only rent a hooker, and only for one hour. I would advise the topekstarter to do that, firstly it is more reliable, and secondly it is more fun.
