To be honest, I don't see much of a direct link between the first and second "tout". There is no way the L(S)Programmer will crack: this is strategic research, which is only done at Langley.
and he was talking about you there in the second tut, and hinted at this topic in which he gave this number in the beginning. that's why i thought about the connection between the first and the second here.
why isn't the connection direct?
