Petya has only one friend, 26, because only the last 26 is friends with everyone, including Petya himself.

If anyone else is friends with Petya besides 26, then 26 will not have the same combination as everyone else.

Graphically, the problem is solved quite simply. But how to solve this combinatorics mathematically? I have no idea....

Fact. Just because A is a friend of B doesn't mean that B is a friend of A. But if A is sleeping with B, that automatically means that B is sleeping with A, even if B is sleeping with the rest of the alphabet, or maybe I'm very far behind.)
