Equity drawdown history lost in private signal.

Hi,

 

I have setup some private signals in MQL5 signal for my MT4 demo accounts.

After several months of trading, i found that the equity history drawdown curve for the previous several months were lost and the graph only displaying the equity drawdown for the current latest month.

How can i see the full equity drawdown history curve in MQL5 signal?

I think you would need to direct this question to the Service Desk - unless someone else here has seen something similar??
 
Try to contact with broker. Seems your broker delete accounts history.

I have tried the same demo accounts in Myfxbook and Myfxbook have no problem in obtained the drawdown history data from the broker.

Or, we should set it as "public signal", is it only this way the drawdown history will not be lost?
